What StarVie 2027 brings ↑ index
At its launch on 7 September 2026, StarVie described the 2027 collection as the one that consolidates the work of STARVIE Labs, its innovation centre in Spain. In the brand’s own words:
Tamara Icardo’s signature racket returns: the Tritón T-One, a diamond with a medium balance.
Technologies from STARVIE Labs: Power Balance (cores of different weights in the heart to adjust the balance), Hexa Cell (hexagonal frame reinforcement), CoreAxis (a central channel that adds stability) and distinct carbon faces for each range.
Redesigned moulds in the Super Pro range (Eternal, Tritón T-One and Raptor+) and in the intermediate Premium range (Metheora+ and Phantom).

They are for you if you are changing racket within your current level or if you are just starting: StarVie has a clear option at every step. Yes, if you already play with a StarVie from an earlier collection and want to step up to carbon (for example, to the Phantom or the Metheora+ if you come from a fibreglass racket).
Yes, if you want a tour player’s racket: Raptor+ or Tritón T-One, Tamara Icardo’s signature racket.
No, if you just want to try padel a couple of times before deciding whether you are hooked: for that we have more affordable beginner rackets in the general category.

TEST: which StarVie 2027 racket is yours? ↑ index
Answer these 3 quick questions about what you want, your level and the feel you prefer, and we’ll tell you which StarVie 2027 fits your game: Shade for control, Triton Power+ for attack or Astrum+ if you want an all-round racket to move up a level.
The StarVie 2027 technologies, explained ↑ index
Three cores, a handful of carbons and two adjustable balance systems: with that you understand almost the whole range. The cores set the feel, the face sets the stiffness and power, and Power Balance (Raptor+ and Tritón T-One) or Dynamic Star (Black Titan) let you move the weight towards the head or the handle.
Cores: S-EVA Flex (soft: more ball output and comfort), M-EVA Balance (medium: balance), H-EVA Power (firm: maximum power and precision).
Faces: X-Glass Tech and Aluminized X-Glass (fibreglass: ball output and comfort, on Kyra and Shade), 12K Carbon Hyper (large sweet spot and soft feel), 18K Carbon Hybrid (power-comfort balance), 24K Carbon Master (very direct response, on Black Titan), 3D Carbon (3D weave, only on Raptor+).
Power Balance and Dynamic Star: weights in the heart or in the frame’s star to adjust the racket’s balance.
Spin Boost Tech: a rough texture on the face to put more spin on the ball.
Hexa Cell, CoreAxis, Tri-Force Core, TriTech Core: frame and heart reinforcements for stability.
A-Shock, Anti-Vibe, Z-Shock, Shock Shield: systems to reduce the vibration that reaches your arm.

Which StarVie 2027 padel racket is best for beginners?

The Phantom: round, low balance and 12K Carbon Hyper face, the natural next step when fibreglass falls short.
FAQs about StarVie, the brand ↑ index
Where is StarVie from and since when has it made rackets?
StarVie is a Spanish padel brand that started in 2002, according to its own website. It designs and tests its rackets at STARVIE Labs, its innovation centre in Spain.
What is STARVIE Labs?
It is StarVie’s R&D centre in Spain, where every material and mould is tested before the final prototype. Technologies in the 2027 collection such as Power Balance, HexaCell and CoreAxis come from there.
Our customers ask about StarVie 2027 ↑ index
At Tienda Padelpoint, the two questions we hear most about the StarVie 2027 collection are whether it is worth moving from a fibreglass racket to a carbon one and what the real difference is between the two Tritons. These are the answers we give at the counter.
“I play with a Kyra. Should I move to a carbon racket now?” If you play twice a week or more, your technique is already consistent and you feel the ball comes off short, yes: the Phantom keeps the round shape and low balance, but with a 12K Carbon Hyper face. If you play now and then, fibreglass gives you more ball output and comfort.
“Triton Power+ or Triton Balance+?” They share mould, face and weight; the core is what changes. The Power+ has the hard H-EVA Power core to hit harder; the Balance+, the M-EVA Balance, more comfortable and easier to handle. If you do not smash much or want more comfort, go for the Balance+.

Tienda Padelpoint’s verdict on StarVie 2027 ↑ index
StarVie has organised its 2027 collection well: it is easy to find the racket by level, and that already says something about the brand.
The most interesting part for us are the moulds in the intermediate range, Phantom and Metheora+, which bring carbon to players coming from fibreglass without an abrupt change in feel. And Tamara Icardo’s signature racket, the Tritón T-One, arrives with a medium balance: more playable than a pro racket usually is.
With StarVie, the usual advice holds true: look first at your level and your way of playing, and save the pro’s signature for when the rest of the spec sheet —balance, core, face— suits you too.
We ship to the United Kingdom from our shop in Spain; as the UK is outside the EU, the order may carry import duties. Costs and delivery times are on our shipping page.
