Shipping conditions for Argentina
2–3 days - Cost €29.00. A national ID or identity number must be provided. You will receive a link to pay the customs duties.
As a guide, it may be approximately 35% of the value when it exceeds 400 dollars, and approximately 21% if it is lower.
Argentina customs conditions: no more than 50 kg, no more than €1,000 per order, 5 orders per year to the same address, a limit of 3 units per product and purchases up to 3,000 dollars.

1. Customs collection and abandoned orders
Once the order has left our warehouse and reached customs in the destination country, it cannot be returned to Tiendapadelpoint.com.
From that point onwards, customs processing, clearance and collection are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the customer decides not to collect the order after it reaches customs or requests cancellation, the shipment will be treated as abandoned at customs. The order cannot then be recovered and no refund will be made for the product or any associated costs.
2. Non-refundable shipping costs
Shipping costs paid by the customer, as shown during checkout on our website, are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Shipping costs, duties and customs taxes
Shipping costs paid through our website cover only transport from our warehouse to the destination country.
Any duty, tax, VAT or other customs charge arising when borders are crossed is determined and collected by customs in the destination country under its local regulations.
Tiendapadelpoint.com has no control over or advance knowledge of these amounts, so they cannot be determined beforehand or paid on the customer’s behalf. Payment of these charges is always the recipient’s responsibility.
4. Damaged parcels
If an order is delivered with visible damage, the customer must report the issue within the carrier’s specified time limit.
To open a claim, clear photographs of the damage and the original shipping box showing the shipping label must be provided.
UPS and DHL Express: up to 15 calendar days after receipt of the parcel. Once the claim has been opened, resolution may take up to 30 calendar days.
5. Lost parcels
If a parcel is lost during transport, the customer must report the issue within the specified time limit so that a claim can be opened.
UPS and DHL Express: up to 15 calendar days from the estimated delivery date. Resolution of a loss claim may take up to 20 calendar days.
6. Order cancellations
An order cannot be cancelled once it is being prepared or has left our warehouse.
In these cases, no refund will be made, regardless of the shipment’s destination, customs processing or final delivery outcome.
7. Acceptance of the international shipping policy
By making a purchase at Tiendapadelpoint.com that involves international shipping, the customer declares that they have read, understood and expressly accepted this International Shipping Policy.
The customer accepts the conditions relating to shipping costs, customs processing, possible duties and taxes, and the cancellation and refund limitations described, releasing Tiendapadelpoint.com from any liability arising from failure to collect the order, abandonment at customs or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
