In September 2026, seven Munich padel shoes arrived at Tienda Padelpoint: two Atomik (56 blue and 54 white), two Focus (09 black and 07 silver) and three PadX Women (69 blue, 70 grey and 71 white). You will find every Munich we sell, including other Atomik and PadX models, in our Munich padel shoes category.
All three lines reinforce the areas that rub the most (Atomik and PadX Women with TPU; Focus with a reinforced toe cap); what changes from one to another is the midsole and the level of protection. Here is what each one brings, who it is for and who it is not for, plus a table to compare them at a glance.
Which Munich shoes to choose in 2026?
- Summary: the 7 Munich padel shoes compared here, from three lines: Atomik (2 models), Focus (2) and PadX Women (3).
- Atomik: X-Lite midsole (Munich’s lightweight technology) with Anti-Shock insert (a piece that absorbs impacts), Grip Line outsole (a tread pattern designed for grip), lengthwise TPU reinforcement and 360° padded collar. For regular players.
- Focus: PU (polyurethane, a tough synthetic material) and technical mesh upper, rubber outsole and Phylon midsole (a light foam). The way into Munich, or a second pair for training.
- PadX Women: injected TPU in the upper, abrasion protection (against wear from rubbing) and a textile base that moves with the foot. Three women’s models.
- Which to choose: the Atomik if you play two or more times a week, the Focus if you are starting out or want a second pair, and the PadX Women if you are a female player looking for a reinforced upper.
- Stock: we have all seven at Tienda Padelpoint; live stock and sizes are on each product page and, if a size sells out, you can ask to be notified.
Which Munich padel shoes are there in 2026? ↑ index
The Munich padel shoes we compare here are the seven we stock at Tienda Padelpoint: Atomik 56 and Atomik 54, Focus 09 and Focus 07, and the women’s PadX 69, 70 and 71. Atomik is the line with extra cushioning and stability. Focus is the entry-level one, and PadX Women, the women’s line with an upper reinforced with injected TPU.
If you play several times a week and want cushioning without extra weight, look at the Atomik. If you are starting out or want a second pair for training, the Focus. And if you want a women’s shoe with a reinforced upper that holds up in intense matches, the PadX Women.
Munich shoes: what Atomik, Focus and PadX Women bring ↑ index
All three lines reinforce the high-wear areas (with TPU on Atomik and PadX Women); the difference lies in the midsole and in how much each one protects. This is what the product page says about each line:
Munich Atomik: X-Lite midsole, light and cushioned without adding weight, with an Anti-Shock insert that absorbs impacts. Grip Line outsole, which combines patterns and textures for grip and mobility, a lengthwise TPU reinforcement for lateral stability, TPU toe cap, a double herringbone outsole for traction and a 360° padded ankle collar.
Munich Focus: PU and technical mesh upper for support, durability and breathability, reinforced toe cap (double-stitched, according to Munich’s official website), high-performance rubber outsole for grip and traction, and a Phylon midsole with light cushioning, in a shoe designed to stay stable through changes of direction.
Munich PadX Women: injected TPU in the upper to reinforce it and add stability, abrasion protection and a textile base that adapts to the foot’s movement in changes of direction and intensive use.
The PadX Women product page does not specify the outsole or the midsole. The product page of the PadX 60, a men’s model from the same family, does mention an X-Lite midsole and a specific outsole for grip, but the brand does not detail it for references 69, 70 and 71, so we do not take it for granted here.
We have been selling padel gear since 2003, with a physical shop in La Nucía (Alicante, Spain). For this article we went through the product pages of the seven Munich shoes we stock one by one (checked on 06/10/2026): all seven come with the size guide and a free first size exchange within 60 days (mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal only), and each product page shows the sizes left in real time.

Munich Atomik, Focus, PadX Women: who they suit or not ↑ index
Atomik is for regular players who want cushioning without extra weight; Focus, for beginners or anyone after a second pair; PadX Women, for women who want a reinforced upper for intense matches.

You play twice a week or more: the Atomik. The X-Lite midsole with its Anti-Shock insert cushions without weighing the foot down, and the lengthwise TPU reinforcement holds you on lateral steps.

You are starting out or want a second pair: the Focus. Rubber outsole, Phylon midsole and a PU and mesh upper: everything you need to play regularly without any fuss.

You are a female player and want an upper that lasts: the PadX Women. Injected TPU in the upper, abrasion protection and a textile base that moves with the foot.
And who each one is not for, which is what hardly anyone tells you:
Atomik is not Munich’s most affordable option: if you play little and just want a decent padel shoe, the Focus does the job.
Focus is not after maximum cushioning: Phylon cushions lightly. If you spend many hours a week on court, the Atomik is worth it.
PadX Women does not specify its midsole: if cushioning comes first for you and you want to know exactly what is inside, go for the Atomik, which details its X-Lite midsole with Anti-Shock insert.

Munich and padel: what a futsal brand brings ↑ index
Munich was not born in padel: it is a Spanish sports footwear maker with more than 80 years of history that has been making padel shoes since 2017.
Origins: it started making footwear between 1939 and 1945 in a small workshop in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona), according to Munich’s official timeline.
The X: the X logo, the one on its shoes, was registered by Munich in 1966.
Futsal: according to Munich itself, by 1984 it was already the leading sports and futsal footwear brand in Spain, and its Gresca model, from 1986, became a favourite of professional players of that sport.
Padel: it has had a padel collection since 2017.
What it brings to padel is that experience on indoor courts, where the foot brakes, changes direction and plants sideways with movements similar to those on a padel court.
Sources: the brand history comes from Munich’s official timeline (1939-1945, 1966, 1984, 1986 and 2017); the technologies and materials, from the product pages of the seven shoes at Tienda Padelpoint linked above, consulted in October 2026.
Our customers ask about the Munich shoes ↑ index
These are five typical counter questions about the Munich shoes, with the answers we give in our shop: whether anything changes between the Atomik colours, whether there is a women’s Atomik or Focus, what the double herringbone on the outsole is, how to look after them so they last, and how to get the size right.
“Are the blue Atomik 56 and the white Atomik 54 the same shoe?” Yes: both product pages describe the same build (X-Lite midsole, Anti-Shock insert, Grip Line outsole and TPU reinforcement). Only the colour changes, so pick the one you like best.
“Is there a women’s Atomik or Focus?” At Tienda Padelpoint, the Atomik and Focus in this article are in Munich’s men’s section, and the PadX 69, 70 and 71 in the women’s one. If you are after a women’s Munich, the ones in this article are the PadX. That said, Munich lists the Atomik and Focus on its official website as unisex shoes: a female player can wear them by picking her EU size on the product page.
“What is the double herringbone on the Atomik outsole?” According to the Atomik product page, the high-performance double herringbone on its outsole improves traction and makes your movements quicker and safer. It works together with the Grip Line pattern, which combines patterns and textures for grip.
“How do I look after the shoes so they last?” After playing, shake the sand out, take the insoles out and let them air-dry, away from direct sunlight and radiators. To clean them, a damp cloth and a soft brush are enough; never the washing machine. And keep them for the court: tarmac wears down the outsole pattern and then it grips less.
“How do I get the size right?” Open our size guide and compare it with your foot: measure it in the evening, wearing the socks you play in, when it takes up the most room. If you still get it wrong, the first size exchange is free within 60 days of purchase: we collect the pair and send you the right size (this applies only to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, as each product page states). If you are between two sizes, write to us before you buy and we will help you choose. If you order from the UK, check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Tienda Padelpoint’s verdict on the Munich 2026 shoes ↑ index
If you take away one idea: Atomik for playing often, Focus for starting out and PadX Women for women who want a reinforced upper. Three lines with clear roles that do not overlap.
What we like most about the range is that the Atomik and Focus lines tell you exactly what they have: X-Lite and Anti-Shock on the Atomik, Phylon and rubber on the Focus. The only drawback is that the PadX Women product page does not specify the outsole or the midsole; as soon as Munich publishes it, we will add it here.
And behind them is a brand that knows its trade: more than 80 years making sports footwear and a long track record on indoor courts, where you brake and change direction just like in padel. A tip from the shop to get it right: choose the line first, based on how much you play, and then the colour. Still weighing up brands? Read which Joma suits you for padel and the Mizuno padel shoes 2026: we go through each brand’s shoes model by model.
We ship to the United Kingdom from Spain; as the UK is outside the EU, there is a minimum order and the parcel may carry import duties or taxes on arrival. Costs and delivery times are on our shipping page, and exchanges and returns on our returns page. Munich sizes are European (EU), not UK sizes, so check our size guide before you order.
Know which line is yours? All seven, along with the rest of the brand’s range, are in Munich Padel Shoes: choose your colour and size on the product page, where you can see live stock.
