How to manage international returns and exchanges

Efficient solutions for international returns and exchanges

In today's online commerce world, managing international returns and exchanges is key to providing an excellent shopping experience. TiendaPadelPoint is committed to offering a fast, transparent and secure process for all its international customers, regardless of the products purchased, such as Padel Rackets, Padel shoes or Ropa Padel. Understanding the right procedure and knowing the deadlines and requirements is essential for successfully handling any issue.

From OUTLET products to the latest new arrivals in the catalog, the return policy is designed so that each customer feels supported with their international purchase.

What steps should I follow to make an international return?

The first step is to contact TiendaPadelPoint customer service, providing the order number and the reason for the return. It is essential to keep the original packaging and the products unused. Once the request is received, the team will provide the shipping address and specific instructions for the country of origin. For items from exclusive brands such as Padelpoint, there may be additional conditions which will be communicated to the customer.

Deadlines and necessary documentation

The deadline to request an international return is usually 14 days from receiving the order. The purchase receipt and all required customs documentation must be attached, especially for products in the Padel shoes and Rackets Bags categories.

What costs may be involved in international returns and exchanges?

For international returns, shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless there is an incident or error by the store. TiendaPadelPoint will transparently inform customers about any additional costs, customs fees or applicable taxes. When it comes to exchanges, it is advisable to confirm the availability of the new product, whether in Padel Balls or Accessories, to speed up the process.

Promotional or outlet products

Items in the OUTLET section may have special return conditions, which will be indicated in the product description. It is important to check these conditions before making a purchase.

How are refunds managed after an international return?

Once the products have been received and verified at the TiendaPadelPoint facilities, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary depending on the bank and country, but the customer will be informed at all times about the status of their return.

Follow-up and customer communication

The international customer support team provides personalized follow-up for each case and maintains smooth communication to resolve any questions during the return or exchange process, whether for Ropa Padel or Padel Rackets.

Which products can be returned and which cannot?

According to TiendaPadelPoint's policy, most items can be returned if they are in perfect, unused condition. However, there are exceptions such as personalized products, hygiene items or special orders, especially in the Accessories and Padel Balls categories. It is recommended to check the specific return policy before making a purchase.

Tips to facilitate international returns

• Always review return deadlines and conditions before buying.
• Keep the original packaging and purchase documents.
• Contact customer service if you have any questions.
