Calculation of free shipping: Free shipping from €59.95. The minimum is calculated from the product total including VAT, after coupons or discounts. Shipping costs do not count towards the minimum.
For orders below €59.95, the shipping cost is €4.90.

Balearic Islands

Delivery to the Balearic Islands is by sea.
The estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 working hours after the parcel leaves the Palma de Mallorca warehouse, and from 72 working hours for the other islands.
If the purchase exceeds €59.95, shipping to the Balearic Islands is free.
The shipping cost is €4.90, the same as for mainland Spain.
Canary Islands

Ball boxes, baskets and other bulky or specially weighted products incur additional transport costs, which will be calculated and communicated before the order is confirmed.
Shipments to the Canary Islands are grouped and dispatched once a week, every Thursday.
Orders in the weekly dispatch are normally delivered during the following week. Times may vary for logistical or customs reasons beyond the company’s control.
Orders shipped to the Canary Islands have a fixed shipping cost of €19.95, including IGIC and import customs handling.
Ceuta and Melilla

Ball boxes, baskets and other bulky or specially weighted products incur additional transport costs, which will be calculated and communicated before the order is confirmed.
Delivery times for Ceuta and Melilla may vary according to transport and the customs procedures required for the goods to enter the destination.
Except in exceptional cases arising from customs or competent-authority requirements, the customer will not have to pay additional import charges on receipt.
Orders shipped to Ceuta and Melilla have a fixed shipping cost of €35.00, including applicable taxes and import customs handling.
Order confirmation and tracking

Tracking from your customer account
Register or sign in. Once your order has shipped, your account will show the tracking details and a direct link to follow it with the carrier.
After you complete your order, the system will send you a message showing the initial tracking information.
If you are registered, every order in your customer account includes a tracking link to check the shipping status.
Warehouse dispatch and tracking:
The estimated delivery time is 24/48 working hours after the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Once shipped, your customer account will show the tracking from the assigned carrier, so you can follow the parcel directly.
If registered, you can always see in your customer account whether the order is being prepared or has been shipped.
Important: tracking may take a few hours to update after you receive the shipping notification.
Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for mainland Spain.
It is also available for orders shipped to mainland Portugal.
Cash on delivery has a fixed fee of €2.50 when the purchase amount is €99 or less.
If the purchase exceeds €99, the cash-on-delivery fee is 3% of the purchase value, including VAT.
For purchases of €600 or more, please ask us about the cash-on-delivery conditions.
The total order value, including the cash-on-delivery fee, must be paid to the courier on delivery.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
International shipping
