At TiendaPadelPoint we strive to provide you with peace of mind and confidence. Our return and exchange policy is designed with the customer in mind: easy, fast, and hassle-free. If, upon receiving your padel shoes, you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 14 calendar days to request a return or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

What are the steps to request a return of padel shoes?

The return process in our store is simple and designed for your convenience:

• Contact us: Start the process by writing to us through our contact form or your customer area.
• Prepare the product: The shoes must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original accessories and packaging.
• Shipping: We will indicate how to send the item back. Remember that return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason.
• Refund: Once we receive and review the product, we will process the refund or send you a new pair according to your preference.

This process applies to purchases of padel shoes as well as other products in our store.

Tips for a successful return

To facilitate the management of your return or exchange, follow these recommendations:

• Try the shoes on a clean, mark-free surface.
