Returns and Exchanges at TiendaPadelPoint
How to manage returns and exchanges in the store
At TiendaPadelPoint, customer satisfaction is a top priority. That's why a transparent, simple and efficient returns and exchanges process has been created, allowing users to resolve any issues with their orders easily and quickly. If you have purchased products such as padel rackets, padel shoes, or any item from leading brands, the return or exchange procedure is designed to offer you the best after-sales experience.
The first step is to contact the TiendaPadelPoint customer service team, providing your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. This must be done within the established period, usually 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, although it may vary for certain categories or promotions, such as those in the OUTLET section.
It is essential that products are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Once the return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and, after receipt and verification in the warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed according to your preference.
Documentation and conditions for returning products
To accept a return or exchange, it's important to keep the purchase invoice or receipt, as well as all items included in the original package. The TiendaPadelPoint team will check the product's condition before accepting it. For items such as padel balls and accessories, the same conditions apply, and it's crucial that they have not been used.
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason: if it's due to an order error or manufacturing defect, TiendaPadelPoint will cover the costs. In the case of voluntary returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping. For items purchased in special campaigns, such as padel clothing or rackets bags, there may be specific conditions indicated on the product page.
What are the timeframes for requesting returns or exchanges?
The standard period to request a return or exchange at TiendaPadelPoint is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. It's important to check the package as soon as you receive it, especially if it contains delicate products such as padel rackets or padel shoes. During OUTLET campaigns or clearance sales, deadlines and conditions may vary, so it's always advisable to check the specific policy before purchasing.
If you need to change the size of padel clothing or shoes, the procedure is similar: contact customer service, state the reason and follow the instructions provided. The sooner you start the process, the quicker the management will be.
Refunds and payment methods when making a return
Once the returned merchandise is received and checked, TiendaPadelPoint will issue the refund using the same payment method as the original purchase. In the case of a bank transfer, an account number will be requested. The refund period is usually 3 to 7 business days from acceptance of the return, although it depends on the bank.
For exchanges for another product, the new item will be shipped once the previous item has been verified as returned. Certain brands such as Adidas, Bullpadel or Nox may have specific policies, so check each manufacturer's information.
Which products are not eligible for returns?
There are exceptions to the TiendaPadelPoint returns policy. Personalized products, hygiene items once opened, or those that cannot be returned due to health protection reasons are not eligible for returns. In the padel accessories category, do not remove seals or packaging if there's a chance you may return the item.
Products in the OUTLET section may have special conditions restricting exchanges or returns, and this information will always be detailed on the product page. For any doubts about a specific case, the customer service team is available to assist you.
Tips to avoid issues with returns and exchanges
Before requesting a return or exchange, carefully check sizes, features and product compatibility, especially for padel rackets and shoes. Consult size guides and, if in doubt, contact customer service for personalized advice.
Always keep the original packaging and all received items. Taking photos of the product before returning it can speed up the process in case of a claim. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify TiendaPadelPoint as soon as possible so they can arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
How to contact and receive assistance for returns?
The TiendaPadelPoint customer service team is available to resolve any issue related to returns or exchanges. You can contact them via the web form, email or phone, providing your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. In the News section, updates on promotions and possible changes in the return policy are published.
Personalized service is one of TiendaPadelPoint's distinguishing values, ensuring each process is fast, transparent and secure. If you have questions about the conditions for products from brands like Adidas, Bullpadel or Nox, the team can guide you to make the best decision.
