Return policy at TiendaPadelPoint

Updated guide on returns for padel purchases

At TiendaPadelPoint, we understand that customer satisfaction is essential when purchasing specialized sports products. That's why we have designed a transparent and straightforward return policy. Here, we explain everything you need to know to ensure your shopping experience is comfortable and secure, whether you're buying padel rackets, padel shoes, or any other item from our store.

How long do I have to return a product?

The general period to request a return at TiendaPadelPoint is 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. During this time, you can evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations. Remember to keep the original packaging and not use the product beyond simple verification to ensure the return is accepted.

What conditions must the product meet to be returned?

To have your return accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and with its original packaging and accessories. This includes tags, boxes, and, in the case of items such as padel clothing or footwear, they must not have been used. Personalized or hygiene products, such as padel accessories that have been unsealed, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Step-by-step return process

• Contact our customer service team, indicating the reason for the return and your order number.
• We will provide you with instructions and the shipping address for the return.
• Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will process the refund or exchange according to your preferences.

Who assumes the cost of returns?

In most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the products are defective or shipped in error. In such cases, TiendaPadelPoint covers all costs and will arrange free collection. If you wish to exchange the size for padel clothing or shoes, we also strive to make the process quick and easy for you.

Importance of checking the order upon receipt

It is recommended that you check the condition of your order when it arrives. If you notice any issues, notify our team immediately to expedite your return or exchange process.

When will I receive my refund or replacement product?

The refund is processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item. We will use the same payment method as your original purchase. If you prefer an exchange, we will manage it as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new padel gear soon, whether you shopped in the OUTLET section or among our new arrivals.

Partial refunds and exceptions

In some cases, if the product shows damage or signs of use, TiendaPadelPoint reserves the right to make a partial refund, discounting the value corresponding to the item's depreciation. Always check the specific conditions for products from brands like Adidas, Bullpadel, or Nox, as some brands may have particular policies.

Which products can and cannot be returned?

Most padel items can be returned under the indicated conditions. However, there are exceptions, such as personalized, hygiene, or items that, due to their nature, cannot be reused. For example, opened padel balls or unsealed accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Personalized support and advice

Our customer service team is available to resolve any questions about returns and exchanges. If you have questions about products from brands like Black Crown or Dunlop, or need help choosing the right size, don't hesitate to contact us-we'll assist you throughout the process.
