Return and Exchange Policy at TiendaPadelPoint

Complete guide to returns and exchanges at your trusted padel store

At TiendaPadelPoint, we know customer satisfaction is paramount. That's why we have developed a return and exchange process that is agile and transparent. Whether you've purchased padel rackets, padel clothing, padel shoes, or any other item from our catalogue, here is everything you need to know to handle your return or exchange with complete peace of mind.

Which products can you return or exchange?

All products purchased at TiendaPadelPoint can be returned or exchanged, provided they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. This includes everything from padel accessories to padel balls, racket bags, and OUTLET items. However, for hygiene and protection reasons, some products may be excluded if opened.

What are the deadlines and conditions for requesting a return?

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For products purchased in the OUTLET, the same general conditions apply unless otherwise stated.

Specific conditions by category

• Padel rackets: Must not show signs of use or marks on the surface.
• Clothing and shoes: Must not have been used, washed, or altered.
• Accessories and balls: Only accepted if in their original, unopened condition, unless there is a factory defect.

How does the process work step by step?

To start the return or exchange process at TiendaPadelPoint, follow these simple steps:

• Contact our customer service, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
• Package the product properly along with all accessories and documentation.
• We will provide the shipping address and, in the case of an exchange, reserve the new product for you.
• Once we receive and review the item, we will process the refund or send the new product.

Refunds are usually issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you prefer to exchange for another product (for example, change the size of padel clothing or model of padel rackets), we organize it quickly so you don't lose time on court.

Who covers the shipping costs?

For returns due to withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the reason is a shipping error or product defect, TiendaPadelPoint covers all logistics costs, ensuring your peace of mind.

What happens if the product is defective or there's a mistake in the order?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you. This guarantee applies to leading brands like Adidas, Bullpadel, Asics, or Head, as well as to any other in our wide catalogue.

Warranty and after-sales support

We work with official manufacturers like Babolat, Siux and Nox, offering official warranties on all products. If any issue arises after purchase, our team will assist you in managing the warranty quickly and efficiently.

How to speed up your returns and exchanges?

To speed up the process, we recommend having all purchase documentation ready and sending products well protected. If you wish to exchange for a padel shoe, make sure to specify the exact size. And if you're looking for the latest new releases after your exchange, check our updated catalogue.

Tips for a smooth process

• Check the condition of your order as soon as you receive it.
• Keep the original packaging until you are sure everything is correct.
• Contact us quickly in case of any issue for a swift solution.
